    Job Title: Assistant Community Manager Property ready 06/01/2024

    Job Summary:

    The Assistant Community Manager assists the Community Manager with day-to-day property management activity.

    Job Responsibilities:

    The main responsibilities/requirements would be:

    • Working Saturdays
    • Answering phones
    • Filing
    • Cleaning Community Rooms and Laundry Rooms
    • Customer Service
    • Learning the affordable housing paperwork
    • Translating for residents if needed
    • Comply with Fair Housing and Equal Housing Opportunities requirements
    • Comply with State Residential Landlord and Tenant Acts and all other governmental laws/regulations
    • Assist with the collection of rent and ensure timely bank deposits
    • Prepare lease documents. Verify compliance with lease files, accurate completion of applications, income verifications, asset verifications and other related paperwork
    • Respond to resident complaints and provide resolution
    • Accept applications, conduct property tours, track and follow up with potential residents
    • Code and post invoices accurately and timely
    • Enter resident activity into online database in an accurate and timely manner
    • Responsible for processing and posting notices to residents
    • Increase resident retention by establishing and maintaining positive, professional relationship with residents
    • Other duties as assigned by the Community Manager

    Qualifications required:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
    • 1-3 years related experience
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Ability to work as part of a team
    • Previous experience in customer service and administrative tasks.
    • Basic bookkeeping and general mathematical principles preferred.
    • Proficiency in both verbal and written communication skills.
    • Pre-employment background check required.

    Job Type: Part-time

    This would be approximately 24 hours to start-but could work to full time with benefits.

    Salary: $20.00-$24.00 per hour DOE

    Benefits: Pinehurst offers Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and disabilty through Providence and Principle. Insurance will begin on the first of the month following 60 days of employment for full time employees.
