Top Legal Executive plans and directs all aspects of an organization's legal affairs. Ensures all business policies and activities are managed correctly and in compliance with current laws. Being a Top Legal Executive provides strategic guidance on legal issues, manages compliance and risk mitigation, reviews contracts, and handles other legal duties to protect the organization's interests. Uses a broad range of legal expertise and current knowledge to advise leadership on any regulatory changes or actions that may impact the business. Additionally, Top Legal Executive assists or represents the organization in business negotiations. May assist in the defense of the organization in lawsuits and the prosecution of lawsuits on behalf of the organization. Requires a JD. Requires State Bar membership. Typically reports to Top Legal Executive. Responsible for the development of functional or business unit strategy for the entire organization. Position Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the customer in-store experience; The Sales Representative also answers the telephone and helps maintain and organize customer files, store records and promotional materials; ensures showroom appearance meets company standards; participates in outbound telemarketing to existing and potential customers.
Principal Responsibilities

Create price tags.
Customer payments and data entry in VersiRent computer program
Greets customers and facilitates in-store sales.
Inbound/Outbound sales calls
Maintain professional appearance.
Maintains showroom appearance.
Resolves customer service concerns as they arise.
Responsible for answering phones.
All other duties deemed necessary for effective store management.
Essential Requirements
Answer telephone to company standards; must be able to communicate company products and programs to potential customers over telephone and in-person.
Build and maintain files to company standards and policy.
Intermediate math skills
Excellent phone skills
Must be able to explain product features and benefits.
Must be able to explain terms of rental/lease agreement to customer.
Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in person and over telephone.
Must be organized.
Must be able to work overtime.
General Physical Requirements
Routine lifting, loading, and moving of merchandise up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
