Legal experience is not required but Sales experience is!

This position IS NOT FOR YOU if you are afraid of outbound calling, scripts, rejections, and an in-office schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate phone calls to potential customers and introduce our range of services
• Manage incoming calls and redirect them as necessary
• Identify the specific needs of customers and suggest suitable solutions
• Successfully close sales and meet monthly targets
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any issues or complaints

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, with a focus on outbound calling being a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Be resilient, articulate, and personable
• Ability to show empathy while building rapport with customers
• Prior knowledge of personal injury law (not required)
• Bilingual (not required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
