Legal-Ease Enterprises, Inc. is looking for a process server to serve documents in Philadelphia, Surrounding Counties, and Local New Jersey.

Experience serving documents or in the legal industry is highly preferred, but will train the right candidate.

This is a subcontractor job with a 1099 form given at the end of every year. The courier is responsible to pick up legal documents form our office in Fishtown or to have the ability to print from their home and delivering them to their respective addresses. You are able to create your own schedule as long as certain criteria are hit for each document. Pay is determined by the amount of services completed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

A valid motor vehicle license with a good driving record.

MUST HAVE A reliable motor vehicle with current automobile insurance and registration.

Knowledge of internet technology and a reliable mobile smart phone. All attempted jobs will be entered through our database on your smart phone at time of attempt with GPS tracking.

HIGHLY ENCOURAGED - Prior courier/process server or law enforcement experience.

Ability to conduct self in an appropriate and professional manner.

Ability to Self-Regulate schedule to meet due dates and complete required attempts in allotted time-frame.

MUST be able to thoroughly follow directions. Each job may have specific rules to follow for service. This is a legal company and all instructions MUST be followed.

Ability to pass background check.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
