Top Litigation Executive oversees all litigation related to an organization and ensures maximum protection of the organization's legal rights. Acts as a liaison between outside attorneys and in-house staff. Being a Top Litigation Executive directs cases through litigation cycle, reviews new files for coverage and liability issues, and develops a cost effective defense strategy. Consults with senior management to resolve issues and decide settlements. Additionally, Top Litigation Executive requires a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Requires admittance to a state bar. Typically reports to top management. The Top Litigation Executive manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. We are looking for someone to help us take care of dogs. Duties include and are not limited to; feeding, bathing, pottying, cleaning up, and supervising playtimes/walks! We will also start to show you how to train dogs in between this if you show initiative when the time is right.
No experience is needed but a good attitude is a must! There is a possibility of moving to a full-time dog trainer depending on how well you're handling dogs.
*This will start out as a Part-Time position with the possibility of moving into a full-time position if desired in the future.*
