Top Litigation Executive oversees all litigation related to an organization and ensures maximum protection of the organization's legal rights. Acts as a liaison between outside attorneys and in-house staff. Being a Top Litigation Executive directs cases through litigation cycle, reviews new files for coverage and liability issues, and develops a cost effective defense strategy. Consults with senior management to resolve issues and decide settlements. Additionally, Top Litigation Executive requires a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Requires admittance to a state bar. Typically reports to top management. The Top Litigation Executive manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Top Litigation Executive typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. All other duties deemed necessary for effective store management.
Essential Requirements
Answer telephone to company standards; must be able to communicate company products and programs to potential customers over telephone and in-person.
Build and maintain files to company standards and policy.
Intermediate math skills
Excellent phone skills
Must be able to explain product features and benefits.
Must be able to explain terms of rental/lease agreement to customer.
Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in person and over telephone.
Must be organized.
Must be able to work overtime.
General Physical Requirements
Routine lifting, loading, and moving of merchandise up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
