Top Litigation Executive oversees all litigation related to an organization and ensures maximum protection of the organization's legal rights. Acts as a liaison between outside attorneys and in-house staff. Being a Top Litigation Executive directs cases through litigation cycle, reviews new files for coverage and liability issues, and develops a cost effective defense strategy. Consults with senior management to resolve issues and decide settlements. Additionally, Top Litigation Executive requires a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Requires admittance to a state bar. Typically reports to top management. The Top Litigation Executive manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Top Litigation Executive typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. You will be responsible for dominating the Spokane area in the commercial flooring arena. reporting to the president directly. The Portland office will assist with all the paperwork so you can concentrate on securing sales for the company.
An integral piece of this position will require the right person to develop strategic relationships with Architects, Interior Designers , general contractors, developers, and owners to secure sales contracts.
Another integral piece of this position is to provide the estimators with bid documentation, specifications, and all other relevant information.
