Top Litigation Executive oversees all litigation related to an organization and ensures maximum protection of the organization's legal rights. Acts as a liaison between outside attorneys and in-house staff. Being a Top Litigation Executive directs cases through litigation cycle, reviews new files for coverage and liability issues, and develops a cost effective defense strategy. Consults with senior management to resolve issues and decide settlements. Additionally, Top Litigation Executive requires a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Requires admittance to a state bar. Typically reports to top management. The Top Litigation Executive manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Top Litigation Executive typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. Position Summary:
Mail Clerks provide administrative support for high volume law firm and are responsible for opening, sorting, scanning and distributing all incoming and outgoing mail for the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures timely and accurate opening and managing of a high volume of incoming and outgoing mail and routing accordingly.
- Prepares all FedEx and UPS Packages and/or letters for the company.
- Operating mailing, copy and fax equipment
- Reviews and forwards all required documents to scan and upload to Salesforce.
- Remains current and knowledgeable on the complete operation of the firms mailing systems.
- Perform other duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a law firm setting is preferred
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail with an ability to multi-task
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Superior analytic skills
- Computer Proficiency
