Work together with the Director of Nursing to:Ensure quality care and outstanding customer service to all patients and their families,Create and maintain great employee relationships among the staff in their unitAttract and retain top preforming, talented team membersSupervise and career coach existing team members with in their assigned unit.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state (as required)
1 years of supervisory experience
Must have stable work history, the dedication and commitment to lead our healthcare team
Demonstrated ability to maintain positive employee relationships
