    JOB SUMMARY

    The Administrator is responsible for providing oversight for all nursing facility operations. Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

    • Oversee all nursing facility operations.
    • Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing nursing facility operations.
    • Excellent financial management and budgeting skills.
    • Ability to achieve facility goals and formulate operational strategies.
    • Be a resident advocate where the resident is the center of all we do.
    • Represent the facility to community groups, public officials, & government agencies.
    • Ensure excellent communication among residents, families, and staff.
    • Create positive resident outcomes.
    • Respect others by treating them the way we want to be treated.
    • Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times.
    • Help create a culture of superior customer service.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Valid North Carolina Nursing Home Administrator License
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Successful criminal background check
    • Long-term care facility experience
