    Schedule: Full-time Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, as-needed weekends/holidays, shared on-call Pay: Competitive based on education and experience

    The LTC Administrator duties to include but not limited to:
    • Direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern long-term care facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to residents at all times.
    • Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct programs and activities that support a LTC facility with breadth in services to include a skilled nursing unit.

    REQUIREMENTS:
    • Current Nursing Home Administrator’s license in MO
    • Experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital or long-term care facility
    • An ideal candidate must be familiar with laws, regulations, and guidelines governing personnel administration, works effectively independently and with others
