This is an hourly position, pay based off experience ,with the hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm.

Responsibilities of Position
- Greet visitors in a professional and hospitable manner and provide assistance
- Types memos, correspondences, agendas and reports as required
- Maintains files for the branch
- Assists the HR and Clinical Department
- Receives, sorts, and opens mail
- Does photocopying and scanning as require
