Now Hiring:
Director of Human Resources

The HR Director will provide high-quality HR consultation and resourcing to the company through direct oversight of the facility hiring process, including interviewing, onboarding, orientation, and new-hire support.   The HR Director works with management team by developing policies and programs, providing management coaching, and supporting employee relations and performance development. To be successful in this role, you must understand organizational priorities and translate them into high impact initiatives and programming. You will work closely with company leaders, providing coaching and recommendations to maximize organizational effectiveness, improve performance and the overall  employee experience.

Qualifications:

• PHR-HRCI, SHRM, SHRM-CP, SPHR-HRCI or SHRM-SCP credentials strongly preferred 
• Experience and in-depth knowledge of HRIS systems
• Previous HR Director experience
• Strong written, oral, and verbal communication skills required
• Prior healthcare experience preferred
