Most of the jobs within Environmental Pest Control are performance-based, which means your pay can increase based on how you perform with:

• Your customers (retention)
• Your route (progress)
• Your awareness (sales opportunities)

There is no expectation of overtime. Strong performers do not rely on overtime to increase their pay.

• Communication with management
• Communication with customers—twice each service (minimum)

You are responsible for communicating with the customer at every service about every service so they fully understand exactly what it was that you were there to do and what is was you did as you are leaving.

Our vehicles must be maintained on time every time without fail-- or they will fail us.

You are responsible for keeping up with and scheduling:

• Fueling
• Oil changes
• General maintenance
• Repairs
• Cleanliness (NO SMOKING IN COMPANY VEHICLES)

It must be remembered that growth and service sales are part of the service technician’s pay plan.

Service technicians benefit from, and must:

• As you service each account, keep your eyes open for opportunities to serve the customer more completely

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
