Day to day this role serves as the right hand to the owners. This position drives revenue by proactively solving problems and organizing needs. The Executive Assistant is a detail-oriented professional capable of managing a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with minimal supervision. The main focus is assisting with turning leads into revenue while delivering white-glove customer service. Daily tasks include answering inquiries via email, social media chat, and phone calls; booking appointments, building quotes, and communicating with clients throughout the customer journey. Other tasks may include running payroll, onboarding new employees, contractors, and vendors, and the occasional support for the owners with their children and personal tasks.
