Top Flight Lawn & Landscape, Inc. is looking to add two members to our lawn care crew. We’re a small company that specializes in quality over quantity and making sure our customers satisfaction is met. The job duties will include but are not limited to:

- Maintaining our portfolio of maintenance customers, each with their own individual needs

- Attention to detail and a finishing eye for landscape

- Mowing, Trimming, Edging, Blowing, and General upkeep around each property

- Keeping an eye out for things such as insects, other needs, up sells to current customers

- Keeping the schedule intact throughout each week to the best the weather allows

- Working in extreme heat and cold

- Showing up to work each day at 7:30 A.M. with reliable transportation to and from work

- Good communication with other team members and customers

The idea candidate will have:

- A valid driver's license with a record that allows them to be added to our company insurance

- Previous experience in maintaining commercial and residential landscapes

- Experience in pulling trailers

- Mechanical knowledge of equipment

- Any other landscape experiences., i.e. irrigation, hardscapes, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
