A&K Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate and caring Executive Assistant to join their team of professionals. Responsibilities

· Support the Executive Director and CEO to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently

· Manage professional scheduling, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, and client management.

· Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management

· Manage travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals

· Assist with scheduling meetings, conferences, and events.

· Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials

· Flexibility for travel and events

· Other duties as assigned

Required skills and qualifications

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects

· Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges

· Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Experience:

• Microsoft Products: 4 years (Required)
• Microsoft Excel: 5 years (Preferred)
