Summary/Objective
The Lead Process Operator will act as the main operator resource in the manufacture of various peanut products. This individual is expected to become an expert in all functions of the RBGP process and will operate machinery, document process data, and provide training to others. The LPO will lead by example, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met while meeting department and company goals.
