Top Manufacturing Executive leads the overall manufacturing strategy, planning, and operations for all plants and locations of an organization. Develops and incorporates solid operational safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and cost control policies and programs into all manufacturing processes. Being a Top Manufacturing Executive adopts process designs, technologies, and methods that maximize operational efficiency. Directs and participates in workforce or labor relations negotiations and planning activities. Additionally, Top Manufacturing Executive plans and forecasts resources for facilities, equipment, materials, technology, and workforce to ensure sufficient manufacturing capacity to support business goals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to chief operating officer (coo) or top management. The Top Manufacturing Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. -Turn in paperwork and reports as assigned
-Perform store maintenance such as taking out the garbage, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, stocking shelves, cleaning windows/glass and gun rangesQualifications:
-High School graduate/GED
-Excellent computer skills
-Ability to work calmly under pressure
-Able to pass a background check and drug screen
-Quick learner
-Excellent customer service skills/attitudeAll work takes place inside the retail facility of Top Gun. Work can involve weekday, weekends, holidays, and nights. This job requires standing nearly 100% of the time
Compensation is negotiable based on experience
