The Sales Support Specialist is a key function that links together the field Sales Team with administrative resources. The primary responsibility of the Sales Support Specialist is to enable our sales professionals to spend more time in front of current and prospective clients. We do this by working with the sales team on pre-sales needs, converting quotes to orders and agreements and helping resolve client issues. It is crucial to ensure that our sales team and clients and prospective clients needs are responded to and resolved timely and completely.

The Sales Support Specialist will:

• Respond to client inquiries via email & phone. Provide thorough follow-ups to client interactions.
• Manage all client transactions from quoting to order submission.
• Prepare & distribute sales quotes to clients and/or outside sales team.
• Compile sales invoices and shipping documents such as export papers & commercial invoices.
• Oversee queue of orders and emails and determine prioritization.
• Receive and address client concerns in a timely fashion ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain CRM database and update with new account information as needed.
• Partner with Regional Sales Managers to meet and exceed client’s support expectations.
• Deliver timely feedback to the company regarding service failure or client concerns.
• Enter sales orders timely to facilitate production workflow.
