Your Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Sales Growth and Financial Accountability: Directly accountable for growing sales and meticulously managing the store's P&L. Use strategic insights and leadership skills to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining financial health.
Team Leadership and Development: Lead recruitment, coaching, and staff development aligned with our values. Manage team performance and cultivate a culture that drives sales and customer satisfaction.
Community Engagement and Sales Growth: Develop relationships within the community to boost sales. Implement innovative strategies to achieve and surpass in-store goals.
Brand Standards and Operational Management: Ensure adherence to our brand standards. Maintain operational excellence for an optimal customer experience.
Partnership Development and Management: Establish and manage gym partnerships. Execute cooler placements and cross-promotion activities to exceed gym cooler sales targets.
