The University of Iowa is seeking two Systems Administrators for the Research Services department of the Information Technology Services (ITS) organization, the central IT provider across campus. This is a unique opportunity to work in a supportive, exciting, and mission-focused group dedicated to supporting research computing at the University of Iowa, which is a comprehensive Research 1 institution. The successful candidates will provide systems administration support for the University’s High Performance Computer system (HPC) and/or research storage services offered by ITS Research Services.
An interest in learning new technologies is a key component of this position, and the person in this role will have the opportunity to learn about and work with a wide variety of technologies that enable research, including:
