POSITION SUMMARY:

AGM (Marketing Agency) is looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Marketing Coordinator. This role is tailored for individuals passionate about media planning, purchasing, and optimization. The ideal candidate will excel in acquiring desirable time slots and media spaces, ensuring marketing efforts are maximized. A pivotal aspect of this role involves overseeing campaigns on Facebook and Google, diligently monitoring KPIs, and refining strategies to enhance performance.

OBJECTIVES:

• Efficiently negotiate and purchase media ad space and time slots.
• Analyze and target optimal media platforms for different campaigns, with a strong emphasis on running campaigns on Facebook and Google.
• Manage and track ad placements and expenditures.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to synchronize media buying with campaign strategies.
• Stay informed on media trends and advancements to elevate advertising practices.
• Monitor campaign performance on key platforms, employing strategies for maximum effectiveness.
• Maintain solid relationships with media vendors and partners.

COMPETENCIES:

• Profound negotiation and analytical skills, especially in the context of digital platforms like Facebook and Google.
• Proficiency in media buying strategies and platforms, with a keen ability to optimize campaigns for better KPIs.
• Exceptional time management and capability to work within tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a laser focus on achieving campaign objectives and optimizing for key performance indicators.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• No college degree is required
• Previous agency experience is a plus but not required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
