You are also someone who wants to provide leadership for a team working toward a shared goal. We are searching for a Regional Wealth Management Executive to join our Wealth Management Team! The Regional Wealth Management Executive is responsible for leading and developing the region through successful relationship development with existing clients and through new business development efforts. The ideal candidate will bring their financial expertise and establish long-lasting relationships with clients while contributing to our mission of helping individuals achieve their economic aspirations. You will be responsible for:

• Assuming responsibility and accountability for the growth and retention of clients through efficient and effective business development, sales and service, and operation of the regional Wealth Management Group.
• Providing leadership to staff to accomplish goals by mentoring and developing staff using a supportive and collaborative approach; assigning accountabilities; setting objectives; establishing priorities; and monitoring and evaluating results.
• Developing and maintaining relationships to expand understanding of trust and brokerage services, to stimulate referrals, promote a positive bank image, and expand business opportunities within assigned region.

Requirements:

You will need a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university AND 6-8 years of previous related experience and/or training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

You will demonstrate well-developed abilities and/or proven record of success in the following areas:
