Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Top Materials Management Executive typically reports to top management. The Top Materials Management Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Materials Management Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. Janitorial Responsibilities
- Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.)
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Stock and maintain supply rooms, break rooms, and restrooms
- Cooperate with all employer and customer staff
- Follow all employer/customer health and safety regulations
Janitorial Skills
- Slight knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Integrity and ability to work independently
- Dependable and likeable
- Must be able to pass a background check.
