    Accountability Objective
    The Executive Director manages the research and outcomes assessment activities of the College; The Executive Director focuses on the ongoing development and implementation of the college’s Strategic Plan. The Executive Director translates the strategic plan into concrete strategies, initiatives, and projects with measurable goals and objectives, and designs a project management structure to monitor, evaluate, and report to internal and external constituents.

    Required Qualifications
    Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.

    Experience working in strategic leadership, with leading teams in strategic planning and development.

    Understanding of data analysis.

    Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities

    Organizational and leadership skills.

    Demonstrated technical skills.
    Excellent communication skills.

    Desired Qualifications
    Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.

    Demonstrated experience in a collegiate environment with strategic planning.

    Demonstrated experience in a collegiate environment with institutional research.

    Demonstrated experience in project management.

    Demonstrated experience with student information systems, learning management systems, and customer relationship management systems.
