JOB DESCRIPTION
Provides a range of coordination and financial services for the Planning and Zoning department. Coordinates the submittal and review for projects/developments submitted to the Staff Review Team (SRT), while serving as the primary point of contact for EnerGov and Citizen Self Service (CSS). Also serves as the coordinator for Boards, Commissions, and Committees as assigned. Manages financial/budget needs of the department.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Requires an Associates degree in Business Administration or related field
- Three (3) years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
- All applicants tentatively selected for a position with Beaufort County Council will be required to submit to urinalysis to screen for the illegal use of drugs and to background check prior to appointment. Employment is contingent upon clearing both the drug screen and background investigation.
