$36,000 - $125,000 yearly

• Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
• Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
• Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
• Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers
• Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale

• Network with Realtors and Wholesalers
• Make cold calls and track owners of homes
• Skip Tracing and Deep Diving
• Create and Maintain Wholesale Property Marketing List
• Driving for Dollars
• Gather and document information from the seller and enter into CRM
• Follow up
• Make initial contact with sellers
• Inspect and photograph properties that meet HHG acquisition criteria

• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
• 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred
• Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work
• Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
