Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Real Estate Manager to oversee our property management operations. As a Real Estate Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our real estate portfolio, ensuring efficient operations and maximizing profitability. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills. Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of real estate operations, including property leasing, tenant relations, and maintenance - Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants - Negotiate lease agreements and rental terms with prospective tenants - Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards - Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with contractors and vendors for property repairs and maintenance - Monitor rental payments and ensure timely collection of rent from tenants - Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for real estate properties - Stay updated on local market trends and competition to make informed business decisions Skills: - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously - Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable lease agreements with tenants - Knowledge of real estate administrative processes and property management principles - Effective communication skills to interact with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders - Familiarity with fair housing regulations to ensure compliance in all real estate operations - Multilingual abilities (preferred) to effectively communicate with diverse tenant populations Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field (preferred) - Proven experience in real estate management or property management roles - Bilingual proficiency (preferred) to cater to a diverse tenant base Join our team as a Real Estate Manager and play a vital role in managing our real estate portfolio.
