    The Commercial Loan Processor is responsible for supporting the loan origination process by managing and coordinating all aspects of commercial loan applications that includes processing, mailing, funding, servicing, and file maintenance of commercial loans, member service, communicating with vendors and representing the credit union in a professional manner.
    What you’ll do:
    • Prepare commercial loan documents for purchases, renewals, modification and change in terms.
    • Fund and book loans via the data system at closing.
    • Disburse fees collected to appropriate vendors or institutions.
    • Send wire transfers for loan payoffs and disbursements for closing.
    • File all official documents with appropriate counties and states.
    • Work with insurance companies to obtain appropriate documentation and liens prior to closings.
    • Communicate with members, commercial lending team and others, both verbally and in written form to exchange pertinent information regarding member loans.
    • Produce and review recurring reports for exceptions and perform research and file maintenance if necessary.

    Qualifications/Experience Required:
    • High School Diploma
    • One to three years of previous related experience preferred.
    • Familiar with LaserPro, Sageworks, and Meridian Link.
    • Detail oriented with ability to utilize Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    • Good verbal and written skills.
