**Responsibilities:**

• Efficiently manage and coordinate the CEO’s daily schedule, calendar, and meetings.
• Maximize the CEO’s time by handling correspondence, drafting documents, and conducting research.
• Prepare daily agendas with relevant documents, notes, and schedules.
• Attend meetings, document minutes, memos, and action items, and organize and distribute related materials.
• Screen and direct calls and emails, acting as a gatekeeper for the CEO.
• Be the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations for the executive team.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare reports to support executive decision-making.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical files, records, and documents.
• Make and manage travel arrangements and coordinate special projects as assigned.

**Requirements:**

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, results-oriented, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong technology aptitude and a quick learner of new systems.
• Planning and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Team player with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
• Knowledge of the transportation, trucking, or tire industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
