Schedules and coordinates workload to ensure timely and accurate turnaround, and adequate staffing. Being a Top Mortgage Credit Manager provides loan options or product recommendations based on qualifications and stays informed on any new products, regulations, or product changes. Assists loan underwriters with complex or unique circumstances and trains the team on all regulatory guidance to ensure compliance. Additionally, Top Mortgage Credit Manager recommends improvements to the review process and general underwriting procedures to maximize efficiency. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Top Mortgage Credit Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Top Mortgage Credit Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. We currently have a Taco man/woman dept, Bartender dept, Server dept, Captain dept, Rental dept, and soon to have a valet dept. Right now we are in need of servers for a specific event for the YMCA. We do gigs all across the So Cal area and do all types of events. We do corporate, weddings, birthdays, small and large get togethers of any kind really. Our company is a lot of fun laid back and like a small family. Everyone here loves it and usually sticks around.
May 2nd we do a large event for the YMCA and their associates. There will be a 5 course meal lots of speeches at a beautiful venue. You will need to be able to serve food, wine, and pre bus. The event is alot of fun and we do it once a year and we would love to have you on this event if you are RELIABLE! Please do not apply if for any reason you can not make the May 2nd event.
