Exercise independent judgment in the resolution of administrative needs and prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Job Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar and email inbox for branch manager, schedule variety of business meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone and electronic communications.
- Act as primary point of contact for the branch.
- Maintain constant contact with clients to ensure that the appropriate documentation is being submitted.
- Submit branch expense reports for corporate reimbursement. / Complete expense reports and reconcile receipts.
- Pay various vendors for branch’s monthly operations.
- Assist with special events planning.
- Use various software applications such as spreadsheets and relational databases to keep the rest of the team informed on clients and deals.
- Arranging travel and reservations, as needed.
- Provide support to branch loan team, as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:- Associate degree or bachelor’s degree, preferred.
- 3 years’ experience as an executive administrative assistant in a management level setting, preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Pay Range:- $50,000-75,000 annually.
