    Position Overview:
    Provide high-level support to the branch manager including calendar and email management, successful coordination of business meetings and staying in contact with all new clients. Exercise independent judgment in the resolution of administrative needs and prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Manage calendar and email inbox for branch manager, schedule variety of business meetings.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing phone and electronic communications.
    • Act as primary point of contact for the branch.
    • Maintain constant contact with clients to ensure that the appropriate documentation is being submitted.
    • Submit branch expense reports for corporate reimbursement.  / Complete expense reports and reconcile receipts.
    • Pay various vendors for branch’s monthly operations.
    • Assist with special events planning.
    • Use various software applications such as spreadsheets and relational databases to keep the rest of the team informed on clients and deals.
    • Arranging travel and reservations, as needed.
    • Provide support to branch loan team, as needed.
    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Associate degree or bachelor’s degree, preferred.
    • 3 years’ experience as an executive administrative assistant in a management level setting, preferred.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    Pay Range:
    • $50,000-75,000 annually.
    The posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
