Compensation:
$19 - $26 hourly
Responsibilities:-
Adapt to team needs and assist with other duties as assigned
- Update the database and CRM with new client information regularly
- Respond and reach out to realtors, referrals, current clients, and past clients via phone call, using our proven scripts to ensure each client receives great service
- Handle all front desk duties, including welcoming office visitors, organizing mail, faxing documents, and completing other assigned tasks, such as running errands outside the office, when needed
- Support loan officers with daily success plan management to make sure they have the necessary information to originate more loans to the pipeline
- Conduct monthly marketing meetings with loan officers – provide creative ideas, execute & maintain a monthly marketing plan. Ie: manage and create - social media, direct mail, print marketing, email campaigns, text marketing, Open House systems

Maintain LO & Branch Facebook Page and Instagram – as requested

Execute & maintain social media campaigns for All LOs in the branch, while following all Home Office Marketing guidelines and policies.

Execute local branch marketing efforts by using the approved marketing platforms the company provides. As needed, partner with loan officers to develop ideas for new marketing in coordination with the Home Office Marketing Department. This includes but is not limited to development, online content, flyers, email, print, social media, and direct mail marketing.

Maintain database of current and past clients

Maintain a working knowledge of advertising compliance and regulations.

Execute and support local and company-sponsored events when needed

Maintain a file of branch marketing materials and records for audit purposes (i.e. co-branded marketing and all associated receipts)

Help local loan officers with ongoing marketing campaigns including but not limited to company-approved content and design and creation, leveraging the existing marketing platforms and campaigns, printing and distribution, and other mail-house requirements

Liaison with Home Office Marketing to ensure all new marketing is approved prior to use

Pop-By’s for referral partners monthly: includes idea development, sourcing and shopping, design tags, put together and mail or hand deliver.

Create and/or source creative closing gifts for clients

Birthday cards to clients – design/organize/mail

Annual Mortgage Review system implementation

Video editing experience – create engaging YouTube Videos and TikTok/Instagram Reels

Plan and organize client and business partner appreciation events – either on-site or at a venue

Organize Lunch and Learn type classes – help Loan Officer create content, and design for use. Manage invites, food, and all needs for these types of events
Qualifications:-
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Adobe, and the ability to quickly learn new programs are required
- Prior experience as an office assistant or receptionist preferred
- High school graduate or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
- Must be a self-starter and systems builder who can stay focused and work efficiently while multitasking with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills, as well as strong attention to detail
- Experience with Social Media Marketing and other Marketing strategies
