Sales and Marketing Executive

Dieffenbach’s Potato Chips is a third-generation family business looking for a senior level sales and marketing executive to drive our growth. We have 2 state-of-the-art production plants with on-site manufacturing, packaging, and fulfillment. This Executive role is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve company revenue goals.

Responsibilities may include:

• Developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans.
• Leading and managing the sales and marketing teams.
• Setting sales targets and ensuring they are met.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
• Analyzing market trends and competitors to inform strategy.
• Overseeing advertising and promotional activities.
• Monitoring and reporting on sales and marketing performance.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with overall company objectives.
• Continuously evaluating and improving sales and marketing processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• 15 plus years of sales experience with a proven track record of growth.
• 5 plus years of CPG marketing experience.
• Must have experience in the CPG Salty Snack industry.
• Experience in both Branded and Private label sales.
• Must have experience in strategically managing trade spend.
• Leadership and strong communication skills, and analytical skills are essential for success.
