Marketing Designer and Production Specialist (up to 30 hours a week)

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Designer and Production Specialist to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis (on-site up to 30 hours a week.)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Designer and Production Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for designing and producing various marketing materials and documents to support our mortgage business. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud software and print marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and produce marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, social media graphics, to promote Delmar Mortgage, its loan officers and realtors.

· Manage the in-house print production process including trimming, packaging and coordinating with external courier service.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs that align with our brand identity and messaging.

· Ensure that all design work meets quality standards and deadlines.

Requirements:

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

· Strong graphic design skills and a keen eye for detail.

· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

· An interest or experience in finance or the mortgage industry is a plus.

· Prior experience in a similar role or related field is preferred but not required.
