Duties:
- Conduct pest control treatments and inspections on residential and some commercial properties.
- Identify and assess pest infestations, including insects, rodents, and other pests.
- Develop and implement effective pest control strategies to eliminate or prevent infestations.
- Monitor and document pest control activities, including treatment plans, product usage, and results.
- Provide recommendations to customers on integrated pest management practices to minimize future infestations.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, inspections, and treatments.
- Collaborate with customers to address specific pest control needs.
Experience:
- Previous experience in pest control or related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass initial and routine drug screenings.
- Must be able to pass background check.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have good driving record. (MVR report will be pulled)
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors during all seasons.
- Must be comfortable entering attic, crawl space, and other hard to reach areas as need to perform a proper inspection of the structure.
