About Top Turf:

Job Summary:

• Contact existing customers by phone or email to set appointments.

• Perform thorough inspections identifying pest issues and propose corrective solutions.
• Develop territory through networking, cold calling and creative measures.
• Uphold and demonstrate our company’s mission and values with accountability.
• Attract and maintain high caliber employees.

Qualifications:

• Willing and able to work a 40–50-hour minimum work week (Monday-Friday) and Saturdays as needed.
• 2 years sales experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized and good with time management
• Ability to pass state licensing exam.
• Physical ability to enter and inspect crawlspaces and attics along with working in various weather conditions.
• Pass background and drug screening test.
• Possess current driver’s license and maintain company driving standards.
• High school degree, college preferred.
