Qualifications and skills:

• Equivalent blend of education, training, and experience, demonstrating a strong foundational understanding of key principles relevant to our industry and role..
• Proven 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role, preferably in a tech or healthcare environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools and CRM software.
• Ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Flexible and adaptable, able to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions, and maintain effectiveness in a start-up environment.
