In our time of Company growth, we are seeking a Network Technician.

Work Location: Bradenton, FL

As part of this role, you will:

• Provide level one network support assistance in resolving communications and networking problems
• Monitors LAN and WAN system performance
• Maintain network documentations
• Assist in installation, upgrading and maintenance of network equipment
• Provide technical telephony assistance to users
• Respond to all work-related communications (letters, email, voicemail) in a timely manner

What you need to bring to this role:

• High School/ GED required
• Associates-degree preferred
• 4-6 years of technical experience within a multi-faceted work environment required
• Strong knowledge and experience in TCP/IP networking
• Strong knowledge and experience in Active Directory, Radius and Tacas
• Experience in SNMP, ssh and network monitoring system
• Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix, and other certifications desirable, but not required
• Strong experience and problem-solving abilities in PC communication protocols both wired and wireless networks
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products
