Job Description:

I am writing to inform you that we have an open position in the Northern Field Services Branch for a desktop support technician. This technician will be located at 908 West Broadway, Louisville and will provide support for multiple agencies in Jefferson and the surrounding counties. The preferred candidate would need the following:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Computer equipment configuration, setup, and installation
• Experience in ticketing software (preferably ServiceNow)
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Hardware and software experience

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
