Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our premises. This is an overnight position at a local apartment complex.

Duties:
- Patrol areas and monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or any other illegal activity
- Conduct regular security checks
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering inquiries, and providing directions when needed
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order and ensure compliance
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as necessary during incidents or emergencies
- Complete detailed reports on incidents, accidents, or any other unusual occurrences

Skills:
- Valid security certificate/license is required
- Conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Previous experience in security

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
