Real Estate Administrative Assistant

  • We’re searching for a diligent real estate administrative assistant. You’ll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing superb customer service. In addition, you’ll work with other staff members to market our brand and arrange company events in the community. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess great interpersonal skills, and have basic knowledge of paperwork processes and database management.Compensation:

    $35,000 - $50,000

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage a large pipeline of properties
    • Review the deed and other closing documents for accuracy
    • Procure necessary documents from all parties for closings
    • Review completed closing packages to ensure compliance
    • Research and input acquisition costs for each individual property
    • Schedule and attend closing for each property
    • Coordinate and manage relationships with title companies and clients

    Qualifications:

    • Title experience (3-5 years preferred) for investment properties
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google products
    • Excellent organization and communication skills
    • Paralegal work is a plus
