This full-time position is located our new headquarters in Stevens Point, WI. This position serves as a consultant to leaders and employees on organization development and training related issues and seeks to develop integrated solutions. This position will implement, facilitate, and evaluate organization-wide training programs for a variety of topics, including leadership development, safety and security, soft skills, human resources and other training programs as needed to build an engaged workforce.
