This full-time position is located our new headquarters in Stevens Point, WI. This position serves as a consultant to leaders and employees on organization development and training related issues and seeks to develop integrated solutions. This position will implement, facilitate, and evaluate organization-wide training programs for a variety of topics, including leadership development, safety and security, soft skills, human resources and other training programs as needed to build an engaged workforce.

The Organizational Development Partner will:

• Consult with leaders to analyze and identify organizational needs and develop strategies aimed at enhancing effectiveness, employee engagement, and overall performance
• Facilitate and conduct organization-wide training including specified areas such as new employee and leader orientation, mission, values and fundamentals orientation, security and safety learning, CMS and other compliance training, and other employee skill development learnings
• Partner with department subject matter experts to facilitate and schedule training such as Performance Improvement/LEAN, Change Management
• Develop and facilitate company-wide leadership development program and determine when to leverage external partnerships
• Determine instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops
• Select or develop teaching aids such as training guides, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference work
• Identify evaluation procedures to be used at completion of training and revise design of training curriculum and methods to improve effectiveness
• Ensure organization development and training company procedures are accurate and communicate updates as needed
• Create and manage programs that promote and encourage career development opportunities
• Manage organizational Learning Management System (LMS) to best serve the needs of organizations served and transfer documentation for processing and prepare dashboards or reports for effective organization development review
• Coordinate the continuing education/tuition reimbursement program for the organization
• Communicate internal and external learning opportunities as appropriate
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of training legal requirements ensuring regulatory compliance and participate in audit requests as needed
• Report on training costs, effectiveness metrics and potential ROI of training programs. Track and provide regular status reports on milestones and key metrics.
• Build collaborative relationships with Business leaders for talent development.
• Create recorded demonstrations of system processes and functionality as needed.
