Role Responsibilities:
• Prospect new business and handle the sales process from cold calls to contracts
• Daily cold calling to hunt new prospects
• Conducting introductory in-person meetings with potential clients
• Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers.
• Keep the leadership team updated on new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM tools.
• Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new features or services.
• Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met.
• Attend online and in-person meetings, training, trade shows, and sales events
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred.
• Experience 0- 3 years
• CRM experience preferred.
• Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
