The job entails working in a small attorney's office with two attorneys. The correct individual will require excellent computer skills and ability to multi task. The job requires much interaction with the public and clients, so good social skills are essential.
The individual will assist with legal documents, contact with customers through phone and walk in, scheduling appointments, and may require use of QuickBooks. Main areas of practice are estate planning, probate, real property, and small businesses. Those that have experience in these areas will be preferred.
