Patent Attorney
Experienced patent attorneys with some portable business, and experience in drafting and prosecuting technology and software applications, managing IP portfolios, counseling clients, performing patentability and clearance opinions, experience with domestic and international prosecution, and PCT practice, are strongly encouraged to apply.

Trademark Attorney
Qualified candidates should ideally have at least 3 years of trademark prosecution experience including U.S. and international prosecution and portfolio maintenance, and conducting trademark searches and clearances. Experience with domain name Uniform Dispute Resolution Proceedings, trademark cease-and-desist matters, litigation, oppositions and cancellation actions, trademark licensing and due diligence in transactions, copyright and IP litigation strongly preferred.
