Top Patient Care Services Executive directs, plans, develops, and implements patient care programs and services. Creates and implements policies and procedures for care delivery. Being a Top Patient Care Services Executive manages all clinical patient care functions including nursing services, and ancillary services such as radiology, laboratory, pharmacy, rehabilitation and social services. Patient Advocate Representative will ensure that all collection policies and procedures are applied to achieve maximum patient satisfaction in the accounts receivable process. Representative will interact with patients and families over the telephone to make a good faith effort to collect patient coinsurance/deductibles and all other out of pocket cost per the patient’s insurance carrier
