NOTE: Availability to be on-call for light work in the evenings and on the weekends is required.

Responsibilities:
1. Day-to-day office tasks to support sales office
2. Daily customer communication
3. Compile and distribute reports to clients
4. Data entry
5. Bill pay
6. Financial spreadsheets using Excel
7. Miscellaneous personal assistant tasks
8. Goal minded to organize work flow and reduce inefficiencies

Qualifications:

4. Sales and customer support experience required (real estate experience preferred)
5. Tech-savvy, ability to learn new programs quickly
6. Have excellent attention to detail

11. Deadline driven and extremely organized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• On call
