DEPARTMENT: Dental Clinic

POSITION: Dental Patient Services Representative

SUPERVISOR: Dental Supervisor

Full time Dental Receptionist 8p-4p M-F

$17.00/hr.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, or G.E.D. required. Any alternative post high school education or training will be considered if appropriate to a health care setting.
• Experience preferred in dental office/general dentistry.
• Familiarity with Microsoft windows based software products including Microsoft word and excel preferred. Experience with Dentrix practice management software and scanning equipment is a plus.
• Value for high quality customer service standard with ability to effectively and courteously deal with the public and co-workers in person and on the telephone in a busy multi task environment.
• Willing to train
